Refund & Transfer Policy
Refunds
Refunds are available only for cancellations made before August 15, 2026.
To request a cancellation, please email 2026saiusymposium@calgarypolice.ca and include a copy of your payment receipt.
Ticket Transfers
To request a transfer, please email 2026saiusymposium@calgarypolice.ca and include the new attendee’s full legal name, name of Agency along with physical address, along with the new attendee’s email address and phone number and the name of the person being replaced.
